FreeMedForms is a multi-user, Open EMR (electronic medical record) manager. It is free and open source. The main objective of FreeMedForms is to create a highly dynamic EMR manager where patient files are defined by a set of XML scripted files. Interoperability and internationalization are main objectives too.
FreeMedForms is intended to be used:
FreeMedForms stands for: Free Medicals Forms Manager. The idea is that any doctor can create its own “Forms” for his patients without any painful configuration.
The FreeMedForms project was created by Eric Maeker, MD (France) and was written from scratch in October 2008.

On every operating system the installation is as easy as possible. Download, unzip or install it, that’s all. FreeMedForms and derivatives respect operating systems specifications. Wizards will help you during all steps of configuration.
The application is still under heavy development. But the central features are available and stable.
