- FreeMedForms and FreeDiams are released with the USA drugs database without interaction data.
Available data packs
Drugs database without interaction data
- The FreeMedForms team freely provides drugs database for the following countries:
- France,
- USA,
- Canada,
- Belgium,
- South Africa
Drugs database with interaction data
- The french association asso.freemedforms.com,
- L'association asso.freemedforms.com, a non-profit association, provides data packs including drug interaction data.In order to install these data packs, you need to adhere to the association. The association will give you the server address, your login and password.
- The following countries are availalble:
- France,
- USA,
- Canada,
- Belgium,
- South Africa,
- All these countries in one unique database.
- the interaction data are update in the packs directly on the server. You can update them without changing your configuration.
International classifications
The ATC
- The ATC is only available with the drugs database including the drug interaction data.
The International classification of diseases v10
- The ICD10 is freely available from the community server.
- Its installation is strongly recommended.
Zip codes
- Since the 0.7.0 version, FreeMedForms includes an address assistant.
- The packs are freely available from our server.
- The following countries are available:
- France,
- Belgium (in progress).
