First version of the Past Medical History (PMHx)

FreeMedForms allow users to use the PMHx assistant. These PMHx will be widely used in computations inside the patient file and for eg in computations of potentially inappropriate medications (PIM). The ICD10 (International Classification of Diseases v10) will be the central point of these computations.

• a free label
• a type (chronic disease, acute disease…) and a state (active, inactive…)
• a confidence indice
• a category (for the tree view mode of PMHx)
• a list of episodes that contains:
  • a starting date
  • an ending data (optional)
  • a free lable
  • and the ICD10 coding

PMHx would be linkable to:

• contacts (when they will be available)
• to any item of the patient file
