FreeMedForms is a collaborative project. Anyone can contribute.

  • Whatever are your competences or your domains of expertise, your help can be useful for this project.
  • If you want to contribute, you should accept the following points:
    • You work without any remuneration from the community
    • All code/data/other pieces of software/databases are, and will always be, released under free licenses (GPL, LGPL and/or new BSD license).
    • All rights on all committed code/data/other go to the FreeMedForms project.
  • Many domains for help are available:
    • Tutorial and user manual writing
    • Specifications design
    • Design of intelligent medical records
    • Advising: informatical, medical, pharmaceutical
    • Graphic design
    • Application testing
    • Coding/Developing (C++ / Qt4.8 - Qt5.0 / MySQL / SQLite)
    • Packaging (Linux/Mac/Windows)
    • Donating (money, hardware, server hosting, etc.)
    • Official sponsoring (governmental websites, universities, scientific societies…)

Want to participate, don't forget to present yourself to the team

  • To avoid us to ask many questions, think to present yourself clearly.
  • You can write French or English.
  • Here is a small “checklist” you can follow:
    • Name, firstname, your job
    • How did you hear about FreeMedForms
    • Why are you interested in the project
    • What are your computer/medical skills
    • What kind of hardware are you using (tell us about your OS too)
    • For those who want to become a FreeMedForms developer:
      • C++/Qt coder?
      • MySQL?
      • SQLite?
      • Bash?
